What 7 months of Instagram taught us: the LASH Extensões case
Between February and September 2026, I managed the Instagram of LASH Extensões, Beth’s studio. That was more than 60 posts. The September report showed something worth more than any viral post: consistent growth.
The numbers
In the 30 days up to September 10, the profile had 29.4K views, 784 interactions and 614 profile actions, including visits and taps on the address. Compared with the average of the previous two months, that is 67% more views, 49% more interactions and 77% more profile activity. The profile closed the period with 5,619 followers.
What we did
The strategy had five fronts running at the same time:
- Real client testimonials. Showing the work through the words of the people who experienced it, instead of just promising it.
- Short Reels. They were designed to reach people who didn’t follow the profile yet. It worked: Reels accounted for half of the month’s views, and more than half of the views came from people who didn’t follow the account.
- Educational content. Many people want lash extensions but are afraid. Explaining the process removes that fear and creates desire.
- Trends with Beth. Using the image of the studio’s owner gives the brand a human face, not a catalog look.
- Videos with the team. Beth is the owner, but behind LASH there are qualified professionals, and the audience needs to see that.
Three lessons
Consistency beats going viral. Over the last 90 days, the ten most engaging pieces of content all landed in a similar range, between 40 and 60 engaged accounts each. No single post carried the profile alone, and that’s what makes the growth sustainable.
Each format has a job. Reels bring in new people. Stories take care of the ones already there: they accounted for 32% of interactions, and 85% of all interactions came from followers. One format attracts, the other retains.
There’s always a next step. Of the 603 profile visits in the last month, only 11 turned into a tap on the address. The audience is arriving, but the invitation to book still needs to be clearer. That’s the focus of the next cycle.
