About VOX

A good company shouldn’t sound like a robot.

I kept seeing the same thing repeat from company to company: stiff websites, communication that’s too formal, and no real connection with the person on the other side of the screen. A company is made of people — but between badly used artificial intelligence and professionals who just copy ready-made formulas, communication got stiff.

I build websites and manage social media, and what guides me is a simple question: does this communication really speak to the people who should be listening? I assess whether the image a brand projects is the right one and whether the words are the right words. That perspective is what became VOX.

It’s not about posting for the sake of posting. I’ve been studying what I call 360 content — teaching the audience, valuing the work and the craft behind what the professional does, and building real authority for the business, not just empty engagement. The idea is simple: show the client the gaps they’re still not taking advantage of to convert more.

And I don’t work on theory alone. I’ve served businesses in very different segments, I know how to adapt communication to each niche, and I keep an eye on what’s actually working on social media today — not on what worked two years ago.

Communication with soul

No stiff text or copy borrowed from another company — every image and word thought out for the person who will actually read it.

Content that builds authority

Not random posting. It’s about showing the value of your work and the gaps still left to convert more.

Zero robot replies

There’s no automated support here. It’s person to person, eye to eye, from the start to the end of the project.

A look at each niche

I’ve worked with very different industries — that goes straight into how I write and adapt each project.
